Royal military college students to be bullied to death.

KUALA LUMPUR: 06/24/2010: A Form Four students of Royal Military College (RMC) Sungai Besi died here early this morning believed to be bullied and abused by college seniors.
Cheras deputy police chief Supt Abdul Rahim Hamzah, while confirming the incident said preliminary investigations found that there is foul play in the death of Mohammad Naim Mohamad Sobri Mustaqim, 16.
"We will investigate this case under Section 302 of the Penal Code and are still awaiting the autopsy report for further action," he said when contacted here today.
He said police have not taken any evidence of being detected and the individuals involved in the incident.
The fact the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) mentions an incident involving the death of the student between 11.30 am yesterday until 1:20 this morning.
MINDEF has established a board of inquiry to determine the cause of the incident.
Mohammad Naim Mustaqim found unconscious and taken to the Army Medical Center (PPAT) Kem Sungai Besi for treatment but later confirmed dead on arrival there.
His body was later taken to University Medical Center (PPUKM) for autopsy and police reports were lodged at the Police Station Sungai Besi 2 this morning.
"The family was notified late to the situation and a board of inquiry was established after the incident occurred to determine the cause of the incident," the statement said.
Some students who are identified with the victim during the incident were called to assist in investigations.
"Police investigations are underway to start the internal needs of the Armed Forces, the special investigations branch of the Provost Marshal to carry out follow-up investigations," the statement said.
He had buried in Baling, Kedah, on this day. - BERNAMA
