Habits in schools: so carried away adult

Student man who often disrupt the girls at school have a tendency to engage in sexual harassment when dewasa.Presiden Malaysian Psychology Association Assoc. Datin Dr. Noran Fauziah Yaakob, the study conducted by experts who have studied the psychology of bullying in school.According to him, the girls also have a tendency to hate men as a result are often bullied by a male friend at school. `` This is an admission of a female student who has the current situation in school,''he said.He said teachers should be aware of aggressive behavior that occurs among students whether same sex or different sex. However, Noran Fauziah said, typically, teachers can not predict how serious the problem of bullying, and may fail to stop it when it happens in front of him.`` Studies show that only one third of the teachers tried to stop these acts,''he said in Bangi recently. He is also a lecturer at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) said, the situation becomes more serious when the bullying incident involving a negative relationship between male and female students. He said the boys who like to pull the lid and the girls taunted her friends are not beautiful and dark, would create a conflict among two groups of different gender. There is also a case that shows the tense relations between different ethnic groups of students or students with special needs.Teacher-friendly or have a good relationship with the students will get a lot of information about the informal culture among students. But actually happens is that most teachers do not know about their students' aggressive behavior.`` It is good if the teacher knows about the social status of students who their peers, who is best friends among the students and who are enemies among friends,''he said. One method that can be used by teachers are using sociometry to get information about social relations among students.Through this technique, the teacher will be information about a favorite social and social impact. Sociometry technique has reappeared in the research related to social relationships among students, including research buli.Dalam on the role of parents is also important because it will establish its relations respectively.Studies show that children who bully is because parents did not supervise or monitor their children adequately. They often use violence against children, the practice of parenting styles that are less or not effective, especially in terms of its closeness to the mother. He said parents should always talk to children about bullying. Psychologists suggest parents take fifteen minutes every day to discuss the issue. `` However, the study shows the percentage of parents who take the time to talk about these things are minor,''he said.

Bully: 59 warning letters to schools

Kuala Lumpur, July 3,2010- Education Ministry has sent a warning letter to the 59 boarding schools under its purview last week on the activities of student bullying recently, said a senior official of the ministry. The head of a boarding school discipline management ministry, Samsuri Omar said the warning letter sent to the beginning of each session. However, this warning is important, taking lessons from a suspected incident of bullying that occurs at the Royal Military College (RMC) last week - resulting in one student died. However, the ministry was not responsible for the management of discipline in the college concerned, Samsuri said when contacted this afternoon.Clearly, the college is fully managed by the Ministry of Defence, while the Ministry of Education is overseeing about kebitaraan (academic performance). However, the ministry was still emphasizing the safety of students by distributing the warning last week, said Samsuri again.According to him, the memorial is part of ongoing preventive measures undertaken by the ministry to curb acts of bullying by students at the boarding school. "This is a reminder that the school complies with the power source and circulars by the ministry of education," he said.He added, among other relevant documents outlining actions to be carried out by schools in dealing with disciplinary cases involving acts of bullying. "These, the investigation should be conducted based on complaints received. Schools can not take action before the conclusion of the inquiry."But when the student is found guilty, they could still make an appeal," he said, adding that most violent punishments for such offenses is removal from school. He said, the investigation will be considered as internal affairs of the school, but if it involves a police investigation."The investigation is the internal affairs of the school and others can not intervene. But when a case reached the stage of police investigation, the school will only help the investigation," he said.

Social Learning Theory Albert Bandura

Today I will share with you all about the theory of social learning theory of Albert Bandura ..... I get of several books that discuss the psychological theory. The formulation of what I get is:

Humans are always looking for an easy and fun to do something
in life. Sometimes it is easier to learn something of what made the by seeing imitating. One of the initial studies look at this matter was conducted by Bandura (1965 and 1973). He want to know what children can learn aggressive behavior by only to see others behaving aggressively.

In these studies, Bandura (1973) collects some boys and girls, and show films that have
aggressive behavior. Children are divided into three groups separately. The first group to see the action of individuals who behave aggressively and after behaving so, he is rewarded. The second group also saw the recording action of individuals who behave aggressively, but this individual
then punished for his actions. The third group only saw recordings aggressive acts without seeing the actress rewards or punishments.

The results of the study, he found all the children imitate the behavior aggressive behavior, but the frequency of aggressive behavior by the two fewer than the group one and three. But when they behave aggressively and then was rewarded for such behavior, Bandura (1973) found that the frequency of all groups increased with the higher rate.

In conclusion, why do we have to imitate to learn something behavior can be divided into three areas namely;

1. By the way we imitate the example of how such behavior can implemented in reality. We do not need to imagine how it should be done.

2. Is the closest to imitating the way we learn. A behavior will be easier to learn the ropes by watching examples of how it should be read directions specified in the manuals.

3. By imitating the observations, we avoid failure may arise as a result of the trial and error. We know and can see where the error occurred and this can be avoided with immediate effect.

The imitation (modeling) is a behavior modification techniques involves observations of the behavior of another person, called the model and imitate the act. Bandura (1973) did not deny the importance of aspects reinforcement to influence behavior, but he did not agree if behavior can be learned only through direct reinforcement.

Bandura (1973) has been carrying out a study in which some children preschool has shown scenes of an adult who hit the statue named Bobo. Then, when the last child left alone with
earlier sculptures, they have hit the statue as such has been done adults today. Rates shown aggressive behavior is the same, whether viewed directly, watching television or the characters in the film.

In the other study, Bandura (1973) make comparisons between behavior of parents who have children who are aggressive and control children. Bandura theory says that its behavior should be consistent with parental behavior. The study found that parents who have children the control of parents who are not aggressive and can control their behavior, while parents with children who are aggressive from those who are too aggressive.
According to Anderson and Bushman (2002), humans perform a variety of aggression through several episodes. The first episode is receiving aggression and aggression situations. Information and aggression appropriate situation would then be stored in human nature and affect the thinking that then stimulate the instincts to do an aggression.

However, the resulting aggression as a 'put out' after people to assess and evaluate the type of aggression that in line with the thinking and the situation on the appropriate stimulation. The result of this reaction took place social relations either negative or positive.

Learning Theory Observation: The Development and Evaluation Election Krull and Dill

Today I will share with you all the other theories that I think can explain to us about bullying behavior. The results of my findings on this day is observed by the theory of Krull and Dill Learning (1996), there are a few episodes before the occurrence of aggression. Aggressiveness information received will be kept in individual instincts and then the individual will assess the types of aggression. Typically, people behave stimulation spontaneously and automatically without notice. This process is called short-term production.

After acting stimulation and receive reinforcement (positive or negative), human will select the appropriate source of aggression with himself. If aggression This is in accordance with her will have an impact on behavior. But when aggression is not suitable it will be reviewed by thinking and This action will be avoided.

The evaluation process will occur over and over again to every generation aggression received. Thus, the aggression that occurred in the individual is based on the environmental stimulus is then produced through the action came in the form of thought and behavior.

Theory of Maslow's hierarchy of Human Needs

Today I will bring us into the realm of theory. The first theory that I share the theory of Maslow hierarchy of human needs. The theory is related to bullying. This theory would lead us to know the individual treatments. Hopefully, everyone will benefit from the formula that I write here.

Maslow (1951) emphasize the human aspect has good natural instincts and have the desire to achieve self-perfection. If environmental conditions prevent or interfere with the development today, the individual will develop neurotic because human instincts are weak internal and
easily influenced by environmental factors. According to Maslow (1951), human have the basic necessities of life. The basic requirement is physiological needs, safety needs, love and be loved, needs for self-esteem and self-perfection.

The most basic needs are physiological needs in life. This including hunger, thirst, rest, get air and sex. If physiological needs are not met, other needs such as security, love and be loved, the need for self-esteem and self-perfection would be negligible.

Therefore, people will do a behavior to meet physiological before another need arises. When the need physiology have been fulfilled, arose the necessity of security and the needs other. According to Maslow (1951), among children and adolescents are not spared of their needs such as those found in the hierarchy of human needs. Their teens will do a behavior to meet the needs of human life. They will conduct stimulation to meet the physiological needs, safety needs, love and appreciation loving self from others in the region. Therefore, they will do things even if it is deemed to meet the needs stimulation their lives and want to feel safe and respected by their peers or the 'peer group'.

Against bullying through education and skills

KUALA LUMPUR, July 9, 2007 - Memory is often remembered when the first school years are often filled with happiness, sometimes sadness. However, for those who had to go through the traumatic experience of being bullied, school days are often difficult to forget.Anyone who has been bullied or tampered quietly in the school would have sympathized with Suresh and Mohammad. Both of them were fourteen-year-old student from a middle class school in the Klang Valley, is also a part of school bullying statistics in the Philippines.
While many people think that bullying is a problem affecting schools in rural areas and low income in this country, and Mohammad Suresh horrific experience reveals the opposite. In the form of hidden names such as harassment and ridicule until the treatment is more aggressive-treatment and violence, including intimidation, bullying has involved the life of both the rich and poor. Of course, bullying causes low self-esteem in children and problems are not attending school, the worst it can lead to disability and loss of life.According to education officials and child psychologists, school violence seemed increasingly in this country, as well as cause for concern to parents, teachers and policy makers. But a more significant impact is being felt by the children themselves.
