Prof Datin Dr Noran Fauziah Jacob, President of Malaysian Association of Psychology and former Dean of the Faculty of Cognitive Sciences and Human Development, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris also been conducting research related to bullying:
Through these, he found that there are several factors which bullying occurs. The key factor is that the bullies were satisfied when he managed to hurt the victims of verbal and physical.
In other words, bullies bully other people just for "fun." Studies Dr. Noran also found that most of those involved with the bullying does not have a strong family relationship with their parents and most of them come from families who did not care for religious education.
